1. Digital Products & Licensing

• All products sold as downloads on this website are digital products. No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated in the product description.

• Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal or commercial projects, unless otherwise stated.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the products, whether modified or unmodified.

2. Refund Policy

• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

• Physical products: Refunds, returns, or exchanges may be subject to a separate policy, which will be provided on the product page at the time of sale.

• If you experience an issue with your digital purchase (such as corrupted files or download errors), please contact me at caleb@calebitilley.com, and I’ll do my best to resolve the problem.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to audio files, text, images, branding, and other digital assets, remains the intellectual property of Caleb Tilley.
